I just uploaded a new short to http://www.youtube.com/stories4change. It was shot 3 years ago in wintry touristless Fes with my kids continually walking into frame and being given buns.
This type of bakery is still fairly common where you bring your own dough to the baker. He either marks each one with a stick or often just knows whose dough is whose.
